We are a new brand of real estate company that helps our clients buy and sell their real estate. Not only do you get the chance to work with a licensed Ogden realtor with over 25 years’ experience but with most transactions, whether buying or selling, you get a minimum of 40 hours labor from our state licensed general contractor. This is just one of the ways you get more and not less from your real estate investment when you choose us!

There is zero risk! If for any reason the listing expires and the house has not sold, the improvements stay with you. If the home sells, the cost of our labor is already covered by the pre-agreed commission. In addition to the improvements, we also provide you active marketing, signage, professional photography, representation when negotiating the sale of your home and diligent management of the entire transaction process.

There may be times when your needs reach well beyond the 40 hours of labor that we offer in the home buying or selling process, ranging from 40 to 160 hours or more and there may not be finances to cover these overages but don't worry we have access to many lenders and we offer creative financing solutions to cover just about anything that comes along! We take care of each client on a case by case basis. We simply sit down with you and try to put together a plan that works and once we are all on the same page, we bring that plan to fruition.
